The white area equal chances of anything, bassically unpredictable the closer to winter it gets. What this means, is forcasters aren't allowed to make predictions about this area of modification. The white area will be dry and warm all winter long. Even though El Nino is what it is this year the white are I predict will be as if La Nina drought was hitting AZ and NM all over again inspite of El Nino. Why you may ask that I'm certain of this!
SBX radars and low frequency radio antennas on San Lucas Island off California and Isla Guadalupe off Baja are transmitting and steering moisture away from NM and AZ. Why I don't know, not much is grown in those states. But that is what is happening. There is actually a powerful network of similar low frequency antennas in central NM covering a larger area of land, though tied directly to Magdelena NM Very Large Array complex. VLA is for astrononmy, and LWA complex also has comsic radio and solar radio research feature, but LWA can also broadcast and direct energy to move weather systems away from south west. It was predicted that AZ, NM, southern CO would receive above ave moisture this winter, but it won't happen. it will be dryer this year for these states than it was in 2011-2012! MARK MY WORDS!
